Restoration of this historic little cemetery and the erection of a plaque recording the names (but not dates) of those known to be buried at this site was undertaken as a Bi-Centennial project by the Wambo Shire Council and the people of Kaimkillenbun in 1988. The area is well fenced and cared for.
